Welcome to Wessex & West Building Surveys. We are an independent family run business based in Dorset specialising in residential pre-purchase RICS Home Surveys.
We cover Dorset, Hampshire, Somerset and parts of Wiltshire and Devon.
Edward Stock is a Chartered Building Surveyor and has 15 years experience carrying out thousands of surveys in both the commercial and residential sectors across the South-West.
We are a regulated by RICS firm and member of the Residential Property Surveyors Association.
We provide impartial RICS Home Survey reports including Level 2 (without valuation) and Level 3 (Building Surveys).
